Facial Massage -Tian Long Ba Bu- is original by Dr. Chen, Yong Sheng (天龍八步. 陳勇盛老中醫, 中華電信中區分公司勞安處):

—In day time, all of the yang qi goes up to the face, therefore, do facial massage in the day time. If you do it at night, you are hardly to fall in sleep. Due to massage power is weak, every massage movement do 30 times. It takes time to see result. You’d better do it everyday to be a habit.

  1. Rub hands until warm. cover both palms on eyes until warm up. Do circular massage on eyes for 30 times.
  2. From both sides of the nose, use index fingers to do massage toward to the eyes for 30 times.
  3. Use index fingers along the nose bridge massage downward for 30 times.
  4. Circular massage on the cheeks for 30 minutes.
  5. In the front of ear, use index finger to massage upward for 30 times.
  6. Use the #2 to #5 fingers to massage forehead and chin horizontally on opposite directions for 30 times.
  7. Use nails to massage from the front of the hair line to the back of the head for 30 times.
  8. From the side of the neck, massage downward toward to the opposite side of the chest for 30 times for each side.

—Rub hands until warm up.
